Specialist in the field of catalyst handling services, with many years of industry experience. We assist with the challenges faced when reactor turnarounds (shutdowns) are performed.
Catalyst change-out and re-loading are performed in both inert as well as fresh air environments, with all required and suitable specialized equipment and personnel available. Various types of catalyst materials can be managed.
Services include amongst others, unloading all catalyst types, from all types of reactors and vessels, catalyst reloading options including sock loading, dense loading, tubular loading and reformer loading.
INTEGRATED GLOBAL SERVICES (IGS) is recognized worldwide for its expertise to solve metal wastage issues on site, in situ, while on the critical path of a turnaround. The company has the versatility and experience to engage with reliability, inspection and maintenance teams to engineer complex metallurgical solutions.
IGS boasts a state of the art laboratory and shop with the capability to perform advanced diagnostics, simulation and failure analysis testing on the substrates reaction to the current operating environment, erosion media, corrosion factors and the proposed metallurgical solution.
This engineered solution, often times, includes a combination of advanced thermal spray technologies, proprietary UTEx materials, weld overlay, and mechanical services.

WHA offers a wide range of forensic engineering services focused on investigating the origin and root cause of fire incidents in systems and components using oxygen, oxy-fuel, and other hazardous fluids.
The engineers and scientists are internationally-recognized experts in this unique field and bring an extensive background, range of experiences, training, and depth of knowledge to each case.
WHA also maintains a world-class laboratory with state-of-the-art testing and analysis capabilities to assist with these investigations and reconstruction testing.
Analyzing and mitigating hazards and fire risks associated with hazardous fluids is critical to ensuring the inherent safety of a given system. Many industries world-wide rely on WHA's background, training, and experience to evaluate the fire risks associated with various hazardous fluids including gaseous and liquid oxygen (GOX & LOX), non-oxygen oxidizers (nitrous, nitrogen trifluoride, fluorine, ozone, compressed air), fuel gases (hydrogen, acetylene, propane, natural gas) and compressed or liquid "inerts" (nitrogen, argon, helium)
WHA's test facilities are internationally recognized for the range and depth of their testing capabilities and their comprehensive research services. Our Test Facility is compliant with ISO 17025. WHA conducts a large variety of standard tests including material and component testing in various fluids such as oxygen, inert gases, fuel gases, and non-oxygen oxidizers. Among the many quality testing and research services that WHA provides, there are several that are offered commercially in the United States only by WHA. Many stateof- the-art specialty tests available are unique to WHA
WHA specializes in custom-tailored, technical training for oxygen and hydrogen systems. We believe in teaching the “why” behind the “what,” empowering students to better understand the systems on which they work. WHA’s unique instructional philosophy better equips students to respond to their job-related safety challenges. WHA has spent almost three decades developing the expertise and background represented in our course offerings.
WHA has a new precision clean room to provide commercial precision cleaning services for oxygen equipment. WHA has been performing oxygen precision cleaning for over 15 years and currently cleans up to 10,000 piece parts per month. WHA can meet various industry oxygen cleaning specifications such as those listed in ASTM G93, ISO 15001, CGA G4.1 and SAE ARP1176. Our oxygen cleaning process is validated using quantitative verification techniques following on ASTM methods. Our oxygen cleaning verification services can also help evaluate your own oxygen cleaning or support contamination analyses to quantify and characterize contamination.
